UHP 600×2400 mm 4 TPI Graphite Electrode
The principle of polymer diffusion welding is that the graphite electrode generates high temperature through electromagnetic heating, and under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the molecular infiltration between copper strips, aluminum strips, and aluminum copper strips can be achieved to achieve the purpose of bonding and welding. Graphite electrode is the main consumable part of polymer diffusion welding machine. The graphite electrodes currently used in the market can be used continuously for 70 to 80 times, while the general graphite electrodes can only be used continuously for 30 to 40 times.
The anti-oxidation graphite electrode for polymer diffusion welding machine independently developed by our company adopts special graphite after high-tech treatment and has excellent anti-oxidation performance. According to different materials and specifications, it can be used for welding aluminum foil, copper foil and other metals. Continuous use for 800-1000 times greatly reduces the user's production cost. Different specifications of anti-oxidation graphite electrodes can be customized according to the user's welding purpose and specifications.
The polymer diffusion welding machine is mainly aimed at the soft connection of aluminum foil and copper foil, the soft connection of power batteries, the soft connection of power switches, and various transformers. It is the necessary equipment for the soft connection of expanders used in various power switch stations. It is suitable for large-area diffusion welding between Al, Cu and other metal parts, and the welding bonding rate can reach more than 99%. It is widely used in electric power, chemical, smelting, textile, petroleum, coal and other industries.
Graphite electrodes are mainly used for electric furnace steelmaking. Electric furnace steelmaking uses graphite electrodes to introduce current into the furnace. A strong current generates arc discharge through gas at the lower end of the electrode, and uses the heat generated by the arc for smelting. According to the capacity of the electric furnace, graphite electrodes of different diameters are equipped. In order to make the electrodes continuous use, the electrodes are connected by the electrode screw joints. Graphite electrodes for steelmaking account for about 70-80% of the total amount of graphite electrodes.
(3) Used in submerged electric furnace
Graphite electrode mine thermoelectric furnace is mainly used to produce ferroalloys, pure silicon, yellow phosphorus, matte and calcium carbide, etc. Its characteristic is that the lower part of the conductive electrode is buried in the charge, so in addition to the heat generated by the arc between the electric plate and the charge, current When passing through the charge, the resistance of the charge also generates heat. Every ton of silicon consumes about 150kg of graphite electrode, and every ton of yellow phosphorus consumes about 40kg of graphite electrode.
Graphitization furnaces for producing graphite products, melting furnaces for melting glass, and electric furnaces for producing silicon carbide are all resistance furnaces. The materials in the furnace are both heating resistors and objects to be heated. Usually, the graphite electrode for conducting is inserted into the furnace head wall at the end of the hearth, so the conducting electrode is not consumed continuously.
In addition, a large number of graphite electrode blanks are also used to process various crucibles, graphite boats, hot die casting molds and vacuum electric furnace heating elements and other special-shaped products. For example, in the quartz glass industry, 10 tons of graphite electrode blanks are needed for every production of lt electric fusion tubes, and 100kg of electrode blanks are consumed for every production of lt quartz bricks.
